The junior championship took place on 29/06/24 at Wearside Golf Club in Conjunction with the County Boys Championships.
The weather was kind with very little wind and on occasions a little drizzle but nothing to wet the players.
There were 10 players in the under 20 .9 hcp gross competition result
1st Millie Hixon of Wearside runner up with gross 81+76 = 157
2nd Lucy Nimmo of Chester-le-Street with gross 81+ 78 = 159
3rd Lilly-Anne Phillips Houghton-le-Spring with gross 81+ 88 = 169
Best Nett was
1st Emily Holgate of Wearside with nett 71+71 =142
2nd Lilly-Anne Phillipsof Houghton-le-Spring with nett 71+78 = 149
3rd Lucy Nimmo of Chester-le Street with nett 77+74 = 151
There were 5 players in the over 21 hcp stableford competition and the winner was Theresa Anderson of South Moor with 56 points
